Frequently asked questions
How is this different from HEYVI?
HEYVI helps structure and track your AV project. Expert Review is a one-off human service: an expert reviews your documents and provides feedback. It is separate from your subscription.
What documents can I send?
Your quote, brief, agenda, floor plan or supplier email. You can attach up to 10 documents, totalling 25 MB, or paste the text directly.
How long does a review take?
We agree scope and timing before starting, based on the project complexity and your deadline. Include the event date in your request.
Can you challenge a quote I have already received?
Yes. Choose “Check a quote” for points to clarify before signing, or “Optimise a quote” to examine costs and alternatives. The supplier remains responsible for its technical solution.
What does a report look like?
Explore three fictional examples of the feedback you receive.
Who is responsible for what?
HEYVI is responsible for coordinating information, approvals and escalations related to the AV file. The audiovisual supplier remains responsible for technical design, crews, equipment and execution. The organiser remains responsible for the event.
