Beta terms of use

1. Purpose and scope

These terms cover use of the website and request submission to KOTATIO SASU, 470 Promenade des Anglais, 06200 Nice, SIREN 920 193 703. HEYVI serves hotels, venues, agencies, companies and suppliers acting for business purposes. Anyone representing an organisation must be authorised to submit its information.

2. Beta scope

The site presents HEYVI’s method and collects requests, files and contact details. Demonstrations are examples. Access to a service is confirmed by the team. Submission is not a paid order, subscription activation or sourcing mandate. This form causes no automatic charge.

The Free level covers a standard request. Work beyond the free scope requires a proposal before paid work continues. Pro provides up to five active files and Team up to twenty, subject to the accepted order. Agreed features, limits, availability, prices and start dates are specified before commitment.

3. Documents and acceptable use

You are responsible for the lawful submission and sharing of information and for keeping it current. Do not submit malicious, unlawful or unrelated content. Do not access others’ files, circumvent limits or disrupt the service. Published upload and text limits apply.

You retain rights in your documents. You authorise KOTATIO to host, review, reproduce and process them only as necessary for your request. Supplier consultation or broader sharing requires scope and recipients agreed with you.

4. Follow-up, expertise and decisions

HEYVI works from information actually received. Changes in exchanges not shared may be unknown. Uncertain points require confirmation by the relevant parties. A consistency status is not technical, regulatory or safety certification.

The client controls spending and commitments. The AV supplier remains responsible for technical design, crews, equipment and execution; the organiser remains responsible for the event. Expert Review and HEYVI Live are separate human services requiring prior agreement.

5. Availability and suspension

The beta may evolve and experience maintenance or faults. Merely using the site creates no guaranteed uptime or response time. KOTATIO may proportionately suspend abusive or insecure use and inform you where possible. Rights under an accepted paid service remain governed by its contract.

6. Confidentiality and data

Non-public information submitted for a file is used for that file and restricted to authorised persons. Legal disclosure duties remain applicable. Purposes, recipients and rights are described in the privacy policy available before submission.

7. Contact and governing law

For enquiries, complaints or to stop participating in beta: hello@askheyvi.com. French law applies subject to mandatory rules. Parties seek an amicable solution; otherwise courts having jurisdiction under applicable law may be approached. Accepted contract versions remain applicable to their orders; website updates do not retrospectively change them.
