Hotel references describe our operators’ professional experience and do not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement of HEYVI by those brands. Illustrative event visuals do not document verified client assignments.

You retain your rights in submitted materials. You may use, reproduce and share your delivered brief with professionals of your choice for your event. Pre-existing tools, generic templates and methods remain with their rights holders.

Nature of the service

HEYVI supports AV request qualification and information coordination. Animated examples illustrate the method. The public beta form collects a request and an email; it does not trigger payment, a subscription or automatic account creation. Service terms are agreed separately.

HEYVI coordinates information, approvals and escalations relating to the AV file. The AV supplier remains responsible for technical design, crews, equipment and execution. The organiser remains responsible for the event.
